Ordering Details for Patients
Our products must be recommended by a health care professional who is a registered Moss Nutrition customer. Your registered health care professional should provide you with their Health Care Practitioner’s Provider Code. If you do not have a health care professional to recommend our products, or your practitioner is not yet registered with us, or you don’t have this code, please contact us for assistance.
Our office is on Route 9 in Hadley, Massachusetts. Are you a local customer? Please read our instructions at the end regarding picking up orders from our office.

Our Packing materials: We use biodegradable & compostable cornstarch packing peanuts, 100% recycled paper, and recycleable air-filled packaging pillows. We care about our Earth!

Local Customers: There is no shipping fee when you pick up your order at our location. Please place orders at least 2 hours in advance. We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be cancelled and charged a 15% restock fee.
*NOTE: For STANDARD Flat Rate shipping, please allow 2-10 business days. For faster shipping, or International Shipping rates, these options will be listed at check-out. Massachusetts customers will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Most orders ship with the United States Post Office, the rest ship by UPS ground. If you reside in the northeast and your order is less than 3 pounds, it will usually ship by the Post Office via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
