Our products must be recommended by a health care professional who is a registered Moss Nutrition customer.  Your registered health care professional should provide you with their Health Care Practitioner’s Provider Code.  If you do not have a health care professional to recommend our products, your practitioner is not yet registered with us, or you don’t have this code, please contact us for assistance.

How to Order

You may place your order online; or by telephone, fax, mail, or email. Please review the instructions below for guidance on how to order using each method:

1. Online Orders ($6.00 for STANDARD Flat Rate shipping*):

  • If you are a new patient, please register and follow the prompts. Then sign in. If you are an existing patient who has not placed an order online before, activate your online account and follow the prompts to create your login information.
  • Search for the product name or product number. Add products to your shopping cart and follow the check-out prompts, including selecting your preferred shipping method*. If you have any questions or special instructions, you can type those in “Fulfillment Comments” box at the bottom of the Payment page during check out. Once you approve our Terms and Conditions, which includes our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, then choose Place Order. You will receive an order confirmation by email from the email address shipping@mg.mossnutrition.com), and your final invoice will be enclosed with your package.  
  • After setting up or activating your online account, you may quickly place a reorder. Sign in and go to “My Account." Select quick order to easily identify products from past purchases and add them to your shopping cart.  
  • If your order is being shipped to California, you will need to indicate that you agree to our terms of use for California customers, and that you have read the Proposition 65 Warning release

 

2. Telephone Orders ($12.00 for STANDARD Flat Rate shipping *):

  • Please call 800-851-5444 with the product name or product number that you would like to order. We are available for telephone orders from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please note that we are closed for lunch from 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM Eastern Time, and our office is closed on the six major U.S. holidays.
  • If we are assisting other customers and unable to take your call, please leave us a message with your name, telephone number, and your order; and we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • If your order is being shipped to California, we will need to receive a signed Proposition 65 Warning Release Form from you before we can ship your order. Feel to read more about the Proposition 65 Warning

3. Fax, Mail, & Email orders ($6.00 STANDARD Flat Rate shipping/handling*):

 

Are you a local customer? Consider picking up your order at our office, located at 380 Russell Street, Suite 114, Hadley, Massachusetts 01035. There is no shipping fee when you pick up your order at our office. Please place orders at least 2 hours in advance and pick them up during our open business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. 

Our packing materials: We use biodegradable & compostable cornstarch packing peanuts100% recycled paper, and recyclable air-filled packaging pillows. We care about our Earth! 

Please note that Massachusetts customers will be charged a 6.25% sales tax on all orders.

*SHIPPING NOTE: For standard Flat Rate shipping, please allow 2-10 business days.  Expedited shipping options and International Shipping rates will be listed at check-out. Unless requested otherwise, most smaller orders will generally be shipped via USPS, and most larger orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Most orders ship with the United States Post Office, the rest ship by UPS ground.  If you’re order is being shipped anywhere in the northeastern United States and it weighs less than 3 pounds, it will usually ship via USPS using First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If your order is being shipped anywhere in the southern or western United States, and it weighs more than 3 pounds, it will usually ship via UPS using UPS Ground.
