Information for New Patients

Thank you for your interest in our products!

Our products must be recommended by a health care professional who is a registered Moss Nutrition customer. Your registered health care professional should provide you with their Health Care Practitioner’s Provider Code.

If you do not have a health care professional to recommend our products, or your practitioner is not yet registered with us, please contact us for assistance.

New Patient Account Registration - Online

To register as a new patient customer on the website, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to this link: New Patient Account Registration
  2. Enter your Practitioner’s Provider Code and their name.
  3. Check the box next to “Terms of Use”.
  4. Click Verify Practitioner
  5. Enter your personal information in the appropriate fields. The username and password requirements are as follows:
    • Username requirements: 6 characters long, only contain letters, numbers, and symbols (-) (_) (.) (@)
    • Password requirements: 8-20 characters long, at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and may not contain these characters: -, , |, ~, !, ;
  6. Select whether you would like to be added to the email list
  7. Click “submit”
  8. You will then be asked to sign in with the username and password you just created.
New Patient Account Registration - Telephone
  • To register as a customer with us, you will need to provide your “Practitioner Provider Code”. This code is provided to you by your healthcare practitioner. Please be sure you are clear which of our products your practitioner has recommended to you.
  • Call 800-851-5444, and select option 1. We are available from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please note we are closed for lunch from 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM ET, and on the six major U.S. holidays.
How To Place an Order Online
  1. Go to mossnutrition.com and select “Sign In” in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your username and password and select “Sign In”.
  3. Search for the product name or number and add to cart. Use “Quick Order” to repeat previous orders.
  4. Click “My Cart” then “View and Edit Cart”.
  5. Review your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. Confirm shipping and account address, then click “Save and Proceed”.
    • For local pickup in Hadley, MA, select “Pick up at Moss Nutrition”.
  7. Review your order and select shipping method.
    • Standard Domestic Shipping is $6, or FREE for orders over $250
    • Expedited and international options available.
    • For local pick up, specify day and approximate pickup time in “Fulfillment Comments”.
  8. Add or use an existing credit/debit card (HSA cards not accepted; invoices can be submitted for HSA reimbursement).
  9. For special instructions, use the “Fulfillment Comments” box on the Payment page.
    • California orders require agreement to California terms and Proposition 65 Warning.
  10. Agree to Terms and Conditions, then click “Place Order”. You will receive a confirmation email from shipping@mg.mossnutrition.com and a copy of your invoice.
How to Place an Order Over the Phone
  • Standard Domestic Shipping is $6, or FREE for orders over $250. Expedited and international options available. See our Shipping Policies.
  • Call 800-851-5444, option 1. Available Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM ET (closed 12:15–1:15 PM and holidays).
  • If unavailable, please leave a message with your name, number, order, and payment method—we will return your call.
  • Local pick-up is available at our location in Hadley, MA. See below "Local Pick-Up Orders" for details.

Orders Shipped to California

We will need to receive a signed Proposition 65 Warning Release Form before we can ship your order. Please read our Terms of Use for California Customers.

Local Pick-Up Orders

You may pick up your order at 380 Russell Street, Suite 114, Hadley, MA 01035. There is no shipping fee for local pickup.

  • Place your order at least 2 hours in advance.
  • If ordering online, at checkout select "Pick up at Moss Nutrition" under "Shipping/Pick Up Options". When you get to "Secure Payment Methods" there is a box for "Fulfillment Comments" where you will indicate the day and approximate time you plan to pick up your order.
  • Pick-ups are available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET at the rear entrance (north side of building).
Our Packing Materials

We use biodegradable and compostable cornstarch packing peanuts, 100% recycled paper, and recyclable air-filled packaging pillows. We care about our Earth!

Sales Tax

Massachusetts customers will be charged a 6.25% sales tax on all orders.
